This concept was created as part of a design challenge. The goal was to design a digital healthcare experience that supports patients beyond the doctor’s appointment. Instead of focusing on a single interaction, I explored the entire patient journey: From preparing for a visit to understanding treatment and managing follow-up care.
I started with user needs, defining personas and mapping the end-to-end experience. Based on these insights, I developed user flows, low-fidelity wireframes and a scalable design system before transforming the concept into a polished mobile app. Throughout the process, I focused on simplicity, transparency and reducing uncertainty for users.

The final concept helps users prepare for appointments, organize medical information and receive personalized guidance after each visit. A clear information hierarchy, reusable components and AI-supported features create a seamless experience that builds trust and makes healthcare easier to navigate.
